Sydney
Our first stop on the trip was Sydney.
We rode ferries many times - if you go, get the multi-trip pass.
Here's a shot of the Sydney Harbor bridge from a ferry. If you look
closely going up the left side of the bridge, you can see groups of people
on the "climb the bridge" tour. It takes three hours! We didn't
do it.
On the way back from Manly, we saw this rainbow while looking back out
towards the ocean. That's another ferry headed out.
No trip to Sydney would be complete with a photo of the Opera
House. Here it is at sunset, from a ferry, with downtown behind it.
Bondi Beach was a wonderful place for Christmas Eve! The Australians
seem to agree.
We spent Christmas Eve in Darling Harbor. Santa Claus came through
